    • 1 bunch fresh, bulk spinach
    • 3 large, white mushrooms
    • strips of chopped purple kale
    • 2 chopped rainbow carrots
    • handful of tamari almonds
    • 1 beet (shredded)
    • 1/2 parsnip (also shredded, to bring out the nutty flavor)
    • hemp seeds
    • sprouts
