The “Oatmeal smoothie” inspired by Lauren Conrad

What you need:Oatmeal_smoothie

– 1/4 cup of soy milk

– 1 cup of ice

– 1 banana

– 1 Tbsp unsalted peanut butter

– 1-2 Tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut (option 2: almonds)

– 1 cup cooked quick oats (optional: sweeten with 1/2 tsp of brown sugar)

– dash of cocoa

– dash of nutmeg

 

Blend until creamy smooth!

You may alter the consistency by reducing the amount of cooked oats; or adding more soy milk if you prefer a less dense smoothie.
