Overnight Oat & Chia pudding

overnight_chia_seed_puddingWhat you need:

  • 1/2 cup quick oats
  • 1 Tbsp black chia seeds
  • 1/8 cup hazelnut meal
  • 1/8 cup almond meal
  • 3/4 cup almond milk
  • OPTIONAL: 1 Tbsp maple syrup

Simply combine all of the above in a mason jar, or bowl, stir well and place in the fridge over night. It’s quick and healthy and will give you the energy you need to start your day right ~ TIP: also great for taking to work, or a quick fix in between breakfast and lunch!
