Veganation “Bliss” Balls

Want to make your own bliss balls? Here’s how:



  • 1 1/4 cups pitted dates
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger (chopped)
  • 3/4 cup quick oats
  • 1/4 cup buckwheat groats
  • 1/4 cup almond meal
  • 1-2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • OPTIONAL: unsweetened shredded coconut


Place pitted dates into food processor. Once they are nice and smooth, simply combine them with all of the remaining ingredients in a bowl. Once combined, you can start rolling them into little “cookie dough” balls. TIP: I like to roll them in unsweetened shredded coconut to make them easier to handle, and give them a fresh look! Keep cool.
