Super crunchy Coconutties

What you need:vegan_coconutties

 

  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1 cup cornflakes
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup brown rice flour
  • 1/2 cup brown rice syrup
  • 1/4 cup buckwheat grouts
  • 1/2 cup shredded, unsweetened coconut
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 mashed banana
  • 1/2 cup previously soaked chia seed
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • OPTIONAL: 1 Tbsp unsweetened, pure cacao butter (chopped up)

 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine all of the above in a bowl. Form into desired-sized rounds and bake for 15 minutes (before putting in the oven: sprinkle with more shredded unsweetened coconut!) :)
