What you need
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 – 1 1/2 cups of rolled oats
- shredded coconut or chocolate chips
- grape seed oil
- cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (or 180 C) Mesh ripe bananas, add 1 – 1 1/2 cup oats, three tbsp grape seed oil and sprinkle with cinnamon. If you wish to add coconut or chocolate chips, 1/2 cup is the recommended amount for each. Once you have finished prepping your cookie ‘dough’, use your hands to shape your desired-sized cookies. Bake for 15 minutes only, let cool, and dust with powdered sugar
