Great for kids’ birthday parties!
- 1/2 cup soft vegan butter or shortening
- 2 cups vegan marshmallows
- approx. 65 grams of plain popcorn (give or take)
- 3/4 cup M&Ms
In a large pot over medium heat, melt the vegan butter (or shortening) and marshmallows. In a large bowl, combine melted marshmallows with (cooled and kernel removed) popcorn, and add the M&Ms. Now pat popcorn mixture into mini bundt cake pans and place into refrigerator for 10 minutes.
